I always had trouble remembering to take medications or when I took it last to know if it had been long enough to take the medication again. This app was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use too.

I’ll not renew. I used to love that if you had several things to skip, click edit, tap each on the side dot then skip at the bottom center. The mass click and skip no longer works. Please fix!!! I messaged it no longer works, but no fix. Disappointed
Would like to change name on default profile
I love it
Super convenient and easy to use
Have used this app for almost 10 years and it’s been so helpful. Thanks!!
This app is great for coordinating medications that have different schedules. After eye surgery, pain killers are 3/day, two drops are 4/day, and one drop is 2/day, with some tapering to less doses a day over time. When eyes are operated on two weeks apart, this gets really confusing! With this app I can create left eye and right eye reminders with pictures of the bottles. It’s really helpful. A few improvements I would like to suggest: - on the schedule screen, add “next” time along with “last taken” to get an idea of the schedule coming up. If I have to plan ahead for an outing and bring my meds, I have to go to each individual med and then click twice to get to the next scheduled time. After my second eye that’s 14 clicks! - some medications should be taken no earlier than 6 hours after the last dose, rather than on a time schedule. It would be nice to be able to put that in the schedule. - it would be nice to be able to copy and paste a drug (left eye drops are the same as right eye drops but with a different schedule, and copying common drugs from one profile to another would save time).
Very efficient reminder and tracker.
I have used this app for over 2 years and had problems with the earlier versions but not this one. User friendly and I'm able to check my meds every day. And the alert does work. Love the fact that you can select taken all with one swipe rather than having to select each med! Nice improvement!
So good for monitoring your medication intake. I have bad memory and I forget if I’ve taken my medicine. This app lets you mark that the medicine is taken. No more counting my pills to see if I’ve taken it.
Works Great 👍 Reminds you of your daily medicine Keeps History of your daily medicine Suggestions Add a monthly reminder ie remind Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, etc Streamline, Taken All, feature Takes to many steps
If you thinking of tracking cycles, this is the best
I like it very much but sometimes I miss taking my meds due to failing to notify on time.
When the app was free it worked much better
Awesome!
Very helpful to keep my prescriptions in order. Deleting a reminder when you have finished taking a prescription doesn’t delete the history. Easy to use. Thanks!
Great use everyday
No bells and whistles, but it does the job of allowing me to track my medications. The interface could be more intuitive. I do wish the medications would list alphabetically by default, but you have to edit the order yourself. It would also be great if you could customize the colors or make it a bit nicer to look at. Would also love a “quick add” button to quickly log a medication right when you open the app instead of it defaulting to “reminders.” Overall, it’s usable.
I have use this app over the years countless times for medical events. I recommend this app to anybody trying to survive and needing medication.
The original version of this app was very reliable, the alarm was good, the app unfussy and easy to set up. Now its way more complicated, asks for a lot more info than it needs just to set up a few alarms, and doesnt go off half the time. And did I say it now costs a lot more? Really disappointed, and now I miss taking my pills on time lots of time because the alarm is extremely short and often doesnt work at all. Im looking elsewhere for a med app.
App works well. Easy to set up. I manage multiple scripts that are taken 1-4 times daily. Pill Monitor reminds me of scheduled times and gives the flexibility to record off-schedule doses, too. I do wish there was small data field to record a comment with scheduled dose.
I purchased the pro version back in 2015. But now I’m being forced to subscribe or I can no longer log my med doses. Granted, the subscription rates are fairly cheap but it’s a matter of principal. The app still has the same old user interface with no MAJOR updates in the 7 years I’ve been using the app. So how can you possibly justify this? Furthermore, I had an issue a while back and the developer did not respond to any of my emails. When my “free 3 month trial” is up I will not be renewing. I will use a different pill tracking app even if I have to subscribe. I just don’t want to give my money to you people. Good riddance!
All of a sudden I can’t mark pills taken keeps sending me to a subscribe page, have been using it free for a long time what happened
I’m not happy that I paid for the pro version and I’m now being asked to pay $10 a year to use the same features. I’ve since found another app (Round) that does what I need, and in my option seems to be a great alternative. I’m really disappointed in the obvious money grab here.
I have been using PillMonitor for years, it is a comprehensive medication reminder system. Any medication can be added with number of pills, prescription ID,Prescribing physician, and side effects. Provides variable ways of reminding when a medication is supposed to be taken. It can be silenced. Changes can be made to previous days, and there are refill reminders as well. It has been a valuable tool in managing my health! I have the upgraded app.
Love don’t miss anymore By DA
I wish that reminders didn't reset when you changed them, and that you could fill them in advance.
Awesome app
I must have started using this app in its infancy. Have always been pleased with its performance. I noticed an issue with the app several weeks ago and notified the developers, and within a week, the issue was resolved. Many thanks!
Had this app for years. Always found it to be simple and reliable. Recent update (July 2020) made it even easier to use. Just great great if you’re looking for a slick, sensible app for the important business of managing medications. Jan 2022 - still using it. Works great for me!
This is a GOOD app, but COULD manage to simplify the process of taking multiple meds, that are scheduled at the SAME time! I take 3 and 6 pills at a time, four times daily. Currently, the reminders make me choose one med at a time, and choose the time taken for each one - this is NOT a hardship, but can be improved! An option to GROUP the meds, by TIME TAKEN, and THEN choose the time taken for those meds would make Pill Monitor absolutely the best of it's kind available!
I use this app all the time to tract which medications I need to take.
I could give this app 5 stars because it does what I need. There is a free version with ads and this “pro” version paid. The paying for pro version would imply it’s a full version of the app. Nope. Same as the free version only no ads and I was informed after purchasing it’s only good for six months then you have to subscribe. So your PAYING for a TRIAL. Who does that? Deceptive. Misleading. It’s MALICIOUS marketing and should be BANNED from apple.
Thanks
If you use the app and are smart this can help many with your important medications.
Great for keeping track of meds. Can keep all info for each one. Tracks Dr's info, pharmacy & Rx #.
I have very happy it reminds me regularly when to take my meds
For a paid app I would think it would sync better. I often find when I do hit the taken button either my phone or watch the app doesn’t sync it with the notification. I keep using because I paid for it.
I love this app to keep track of my 8 Rx eye drops per day. However, if time taken is corrected by editing, it doesn’t change the “time last taken” on reminder page. Shouldn’t the correct “time taken”replace the incorrect time?
Great
Helpful way to store med data
I use the paid version. It’s very helpful and has nice reminder sounds. I hear the birds and know it’s time to take my prescription. Only thing I wish it would do is show the badge when things are overdue, even before I open the app. Currently, the badge doesn’t show until I open the app and ignore the past-due reminders. If I saw the badges, it would be an additional reminder in case I missed the ringtone.
This is a fabulous app. I'd been using my phone alarm and would turn it off and not take my pills. This app allows me to track times on each medication. Plus, the email is perfect for my doctor visits.
OK but needs work!
I’m a power user of this app. I not only use it to track my complex medication regimen, but I also track some of my pulmonary therapy exercises. I’ve used PM to track and manage all of my medications since 2009. I have a huge body of data in this app. I’m frequently seen in emergency rooms, and I often get admitted. They love PM at my hospital because I just hand it over and they have a perfect contemporaneous record of everything I’m on and when I took it last. I consider PM to be the cornerstone of my entire chronic disease management system. It’s extremely flexible, works with all my meds, injectables, oral, topical, and even powders or liquids. It’s absolutely 100% reliable. I don’t think I can say that about any other app on my iPhone!
Easy to use
I depend on my pill monitor. I am getting older & I forget to take my pills, and which pills to take and what times to take them!!! Thank you very much for your help. Robert A. Wawrzyniak
This is an OK app that gets the job done, but there are annoying things about it such as the convenient “Taken All” button which has been inexplicably removed. It made logging multiple medications much easier. However, the newest feature that makes me want to delete the app is the Refill Reminder. The only people this feature might benefit are those who get prescriptions at regular intervals, but we already know when we need more because we A) look in the bottle when we take the meds or fill our pill organizers; and B) buy new prescriptions regularly. This reminder feature just adds another complication. The app will literally prevent you from logging a drug until you update the quantity to more than zero. It’s just so stupid.
For a while I could mark taken all and now it won’t let me!!!
