This program has a fatal flaw, it forgets after a couple days that you took your medicine and asks again when taken. I have ask for a fix multiple times but to no avail.

Its great, always works, no nonsense. I dont even think twice about this app anymore because it does what I need on a daily basis. And I really need it so its perfect.

I used the free version for a while and needed the upgrade to store more history. The only thing I would add is the day of the week on the reminders page. Sometimes I dont open the app every day so I have a backlog of a few days. So it would be easier for me to remember if I took the pill on a certain day, rather than just he date. I also use this to track my cats medication schedule.

This is the best reminder Ive ever used. I take some of my meds every other day and some on certain days. I couldnt keep track without it.

It really helps me take my meds on time. I wish it had the classic "Alarm" sound. It would really help. Love it.

This App does exactly what I got it for. Solid App that does exactly what it says it does.

Update: using current version on iOS 9.1 on iPhone 6s. No crashes anymore. I wish it always opened in History instead of Reminders, but otherwise a very useful and easy app. ----------- Very useful app for tracking the meds I take, but April 2 update has been a problem. App works fine when first opened, but it frequently freezes when I go back to it when its in the background. Then it must be closed and reopened. Quite frustrating! Using paid app on iPhone 5 running ios 7.1.2.

Great use everyday

Ive been using for over a year linked with my Apple Watch and really like it. I use it strictly for notification, which it does really well. Only recommendations would be: 1) when I push the "taken" button on the watch, also record that fact on the iPhone app. More fundamentally, 2) allow settings to configure the choice to NOT record whether Ive taken the Med, just allow the app to act as an intelligent "take your Med" alarm -- which would save time and memory. With these 2 improvements, I would rate it a strong 5 rather than a strong 4.

Extremely helpful and easy to use!

Seems like it would be a good app IF DIRECTIONS FOR USE WERE PROVIDED! Having to figure out how to use the app through trial and error is NOT an efficient use of my time!

This app is a must be for anyone taking medication. I tend to forget, so now that my phone is like my left hand, Im always taking my meds on time. It has never failed me. GREAT APP!

I have been using the paid version of this app for over 3 years now. I like it. Helps me remember to take my meds on time. I would recommend it to my friends if they needed this type of app. I just wish they would add some more alert tones and it would be cool if I could use one tone in the am (currently Im using the chirping birds) and a different tone for my night time meds because I get some odd looks when the birds chirp around 10:30pm! But overall the app is great and totally worth getting if you take meds daily or know someone who does and need some help remembering.

Ive used the free version for a year. Upgraded this morning and have a new app with none of the information Ive spent a year entering. The old app is still on my phone next to the new one and tells me if I want to save more info, I need to upgrade. Not happy right now.

This app is great and does exactly what I need. The conversion from free to full however hasnt gone very well. Still investigating that, if we can get it straightened out it would be 5 stars.

Not much learning curve, and when all of a sudden you get sick and you need to take a lot of meds, you need something to just works, and this does.

Gets the job done in a simple way

Just what I needed. Works every time.

After using the free version for two weeks (which limits you to 50 entries), I was hooked! No more guessing if I took my pills in the morning, or if Id forgotten. Sure, I could have set an alarm on my phone, and Ive tried that, but this is a much more reliable way of tracking it. Theres a simple snooze option available in Notification Center, or on my Apple Watch, which is perfect for when youre busy.

I take different meds at different times throughout the day. This app is essential to keep track of the type and time I take them.
