Nice clean App, but...

Overall very nice App, but we need to be able to send all info to our doctors, such as how were doing with out schedule. Another very important one is sending our Notes etc.!
P.S.
Why can we only send our Medication info? Dont our doctors already know that? They prescribed them to us!
